1) East Side Report: Run to Gembrook to meet Brian, who’s looking well; Damp roads but negligible rain.
2) West Side Report: 6 folk last Sunday
3) Myrniong hill climb: Sunny day; Les performed well, but thought FTD car wasn’t a good fit with other cars (Secretary’s note: Check out great photos at http://www.motormarques.com/news/melbourne-desk/item/609-myrniong-hillclimb-april-2013 )
4) MSCA sprints at Phillip Island: New surface worth a few seconds, Les + Ian attended, and encouraged other members to join in.
5) Club Permits: Much discussion – a very long 3 minutes.
- Doesn’t cover hot rods; Red plate holders must be well known to club.
- Discussion on members being able to red plate their non-clubman vehicles; possibility of “associate cars”; to be continued at next meeting.
Motion by Sandro: That his proposal sent in previous emails be accepted – That the VCBG will sponsor cars with a current RWC as specified by VicRoads, or can satisfy the VCBG of the safety of the car for road use, by having a VicRoads approved Engineer sign off on the “Certificate of Road Safety”.

- Passed with 17 votes for and 1 against.
6) Warning for current red plate holders: Ensure your club membership is current by 30th June, else your permit is invalid. It’s up to you.
7) 2013 Nationals: 4 or 5 attending Queensland event.
8) 2015 Nationals: Victoria may be asked to run 2015 Nationals. Starting thinking about what/where/when.
