Foot to the floor in ’24

17th – 21st November 2024, VCBG carries on the tradition of a National gathering of folk who love clubman cars. Previously held in a range of high class local and interstate venues, this event will continue the tradition and be based in Mansfield, Victoria.  It promises to provide yet another great clubman holiday experience.

In short, this is the plan:-

  • Arrive at the Alzberg Hotel on Sunday 17th November. Meet your friends for meal around the Pool.
  • Monday Cruise some of the best clubbie roads in Victoria before gathering for a  “Show & Shine”
  • Tuesday, your choice of taking a guided bus tour of the area or spend the day at Winton Raceway**
  • Wednesday drive all the clubbie roads you missed on Monday before gathering for our 3 course Gala Dinner.
  • Thursday morning, say a sad farewell until the next time.

** Winton Raceway; in answer to many requests VCBG has booked the raceway for our private event.  Managed on the day by ‘Track School’ the event provides an opportunity to drive in groups ranging from very beginners to experienced track warriors.

Registration cost of $240 includes:

  • Continental breakfast each day.
  • Pizza dinner on Sunday around the pool.
  • 3 course Gala dinner on Wednesday evening.
  • Commemorative Tee shirt, cap and mug.
  • Compulsory insurances.

What is NOT included:

  • Accommodation
  • Lunches
  • Dinner on Monday evening because that’s when we’ll all be displaying our cars at the show & shine and where there will be a selection of food vans at the venue.
  • Dinner on Tuesday because we don’t know when the track warriors will return from Winton. Nor do we know what the bus trip people will be like after sampling local food & wine.

Accommodation

All rooms at the Alzburg Hotel have been booked, so if you’re coming up for the week of the Nats then you’ll need to find alternative digs. There are still some places on AirBNB or Stayz for reasonable money if you’re quick

Winery Tour
