The VCBG is affiliated with the Motorsport Australia, formally known as CAMS. Further, we’ve become an associate club with the Marque Sports Car Association (MSCA).
Q. So why are these affiliations important?
- They provide us with a pathway to motorsport involvement. We can hold a Motorsport Australia license without needing membership of a second club.
- The MSCA holds hillclimb, sprint and regularity events frequently; in fact, a number of our members already compete through the MSCA.
- The MSCA has specific clubman categories.
If you’ve never had your car on track, I urge you to give it a go – you’ll never get more exciting driving, and you’ll get to see how well our little vehicles really can perform. You should consider the MSCA “come and try” days: excellent value with assistance from others in the club.
